Adding an Additional Office to Your SafariBookings Profile

Your company profile should state where your office is located. If your company has more than one office, they should also be listed, and one head office should be chosen.

 

Where to find your office addresses

From the dashboard page, click the “Account” dropdown arrow at the top right of the page and click on “Company Profile”. Now you can either scroll down until you see “Address(es) of your office(s)”, or click the “Addresses” shortcut link at the top of the page to be taken there directly.

 

How to add additional offices

There will always be a place to enter the details of at least one office, however, if you want to add more offices, simply click “Add office” under the last set of details entered.

You will then need to enter the street name, city and country of any additional office you wish to add. It’s important that you fill in as much detail about the office address as possible, rather than just your city and country. This helps us keep a more accurate account of each office, as well as helps us confirm that the details are true.

It is important to note that an office must have its own unique address and be in the company's name, not someone’s home office. (i.e. stating the address of an employee of an employee who lives abroad does not count as having an actual office in that country)

 

Selecting a head office

If you have entered multiple office addresses, you will need to choose which office is the head office. To do this, you can scroll down and click on the corresponding address of the head office, as shown below.

Additionally, if you want to remove the details of any offices, simply click “Remove office” next to the desired address.
