Changing Your Password

This article provides step-by-step instructions for how to change your password. There are two main methods you can use to change your password.

 

Changing your password if you have access to your account

This method is used when you can remember your password and can successfully log in to your profile.

  1. Log in to your profile

    Go to https://operators.safaribookings.com/login and enter your login details.

  2. Click on ‘Account’ in the top right corner

    Then click on 'Change Password'

  3. Enter your old password once and your new password twice

    Make sure your password is six characters long.

Changing your password if you cannot access your account

Use this method if you’ve forgotten your password or cannot access your account.

  1. Go to the login page

    Go to https://operators.safaribookings.com/login and select ‘Forgot password?’.

  2. Type in the email that you will use to log in to SafariBookings

    Then click on 'Reset Password'

  3. Go to the inbox of the email you entered and click the link that SafariBookings sent you

    If you haven't received the email, refresh your inbox or check the spam folder

    If you still haven't received the email, try using the 'forgot password' service again: wait 15 minutes and repeat steps 1 and 2.

    After clicking on the link, enter your new password. The password must be a minimum of six characters long.
