When trying to make payments to SafariBookings, you may receive Payment Error 200R3. Payment Error 200R3 can occur when making manual as well as automatic payments. Oftentimes, this error is caused by the bank or card provider that you are using. In this article, we will describe what can be done to resolve the error in either situation.
Manual payments
Your bank or card provider has blocked the payment because a so-called ‘stop payment service’ has been applied to your card. This means that your card cannot be used to make payments that use previously saved card details.
The quickest solution: Open the Add Funds page to remove your ‘Last used card’. Once removed, you can use the same card again to make a new payment. You will have to provide your full card details again. This prevents the ‘stop payment service’ from blocking the payment.
Alternatively, you can call your bank or card provider and ask them to remove the ‘stop payment service’ from your card (their phone number is typically printed on the back of your card).
A final option is to use a different card or payment method.
Automatic payments
