Your company logo is your own unique creative symbol, and although it is not compulsory to have one, it’s a quick way to identify you and make you stand out from a list. Make sure your company logo is something simple, clever, and clear to have the biggest advantage over your competitors.
Where to find your company logo
From the dashboard page, click the ‘Account’ dropdown arrow at the top right of the page and click on ‘Company Profile’. Now you can either scroll down until you see ‘Company logo‘, or click the ‘Logo/Photo’ shortcut link at the top of the page to be taken directly there.
Logo guidelines
When uploading a logo, please make sure that the image adheres to the following guidelines:
- The image must be in PNG, JPG or GIF format
- Minimum size: 300 x 150 pixels
- Maximum size: 8MB
- It may not contain a website address, email or any other contact details
How to add or remove a company logo
To add your company logo, assuming that you already have a design in the correct format according to the guidelines above, simply click on the ‘Upload your company logo’ button. This will open a pop-up window, allowing you to find the file on your computer. Simply click on the picture and click ‘open’.
If you accidentally upload the wrong image and would like to remove it, simply click ‘Remove logo’ to the right of the logo.
